I ordered a product and was in a "preparing" state for 2 weeks. They said I needed to send a photo copy of my ID and credit card(both sides) to finish the order. When I said I was going to speak with the AmEx fraud department they immediately responded that it was okay and that I didnt need to send any pictures. NEVER send a photo copy of your ID or credit card.

I ordered an item from these people and it never arrived. I emailed them to ask them why it never arrived and they wrote me back saying that there was an email I never responded to requesting additional information. Ive never heard of a credit card purchases need additional information. The company said that because I didnt respond they cancel the order, but they still retain my credit card information I canceled my credit card called American Express and turned them in for fraud. Stay away !!!!

This has changed again - again I get quotes in euro only and the selection of language has disappeared again! The regular website is faster and more useful than this awful application. It is buggy in a way that discourages purchasing with the application.

I dont want to give it 1 a star over the language and Im sure it works perfectly but there is no English so I cant use it.

Super easy to use when you dont have your computer or laptop with you.
